Accessability

The main conference center is accessible, with no stairs at the entrance but entrance ramps, parking right next to the entrance and a lift to all floors. The talks will be held on the 3rd floor with tea and coffee. Standard seating can be reserved at the front or by the door if needed (please email). All room doors will all be left open to allow easy access and movement and there are accessible toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are no gender neutral toilets, but please feel free to use which ever toilet you are comfortable with.

Posters and lunch will be on the 2nd floor and there will be a quite room for people to sit with the virtual posters playing on the screen. Extra seating on the ground floor inside, an outside covered area and other outside seating.

*Please note no hearing loops will be available.

The County Assembly Rooms (Dinner saturday, uphill from conference venue) is also accessible, with a ramp entrance and accessible toilets. No gender neutral toilets but again please feel free to use whichever makes you comfortable. (Child friendly)

Charlotte House (Friday night, uphill from conference venue) also has an accessible entrance and toilets.(Child friendly)

If transport is needed to assist in moving between hotels and venues or you have any other requirements then please let us know on the registration form or please send us an email before August 30th.

*No childcare facility provided this year, but feel free to bring them to the conference.

Teams - You will be able to turn on autocaptions if needed. If you need to lipread you can spotlight the presenter to make their screen larger.
