Accessability

The main conference center is accessible, with no stairs, entrance ramps, parking right next to the entrance and a lift to all floors. Room doors will all be left open to allow easy access and movement and there are accessible toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors.

There will be a quite room for people to sit with the virtual posters playing on the screen. Extra seating on the ground floor inside, an outside covered area and other outside seating.

The County Assembly Rooms is also accessible, with a ramp entrance and accessible toilets. 

​

Charlotte House also has an accessible entrance and toilets.
